Light fruit nose, slight bitter/dry hint on flavour some spirity notes with a deliciously dry finish. GO-SHU is a traditional style of sake and the initial Australian made premium sake.
Served chilled in awine or shot glass, or warmed from a traditional Tokkuri(sake flask) int Choko(sake cup). Very versatile all occasion sake.
Flavour profiles change at different serving temperatures.
Excellent with Sushi, Sashimi, Teppanyaki BBQ, Sukiyaki, Hot Pot, Udon and Soba noodles. Goes also well with a mature ceddar cheese. Match with food as per Unwooded Chardonnay or dry aromatic white wine.

Refreshing and semi-sweet with well-rounded smooth fruity aromatic essences and a light ligering finish. The production uses less heat at the final refining stage and is kept in cool storage so it retains more fruity notes.
